We manufacture sleepouts and cabins to give you extra room when you need it. Our standard cabins are just under 10m2 so don't usually require any permit. We have many variations available,

As a builder with over 23 years experience, Craig felt strongly that home owners deserved a cost-effective alternative to costly extensions and renovations in order to enjoy a little more space. The cabins have been designed to comply with most council's regulations meaning they do not require a resource consent or building permit - a significant saving in time and cost!
Craig and Kirsty have several variations available, starting from just $13,600 for the 3.6m x 2.4m including deck and verandah.
Home office? Man cave or space for the lady of the house? Or perhaps a bit more room for your teenager, or your in-laws? You'll wonder how you lived without it!

PRICING
After a year away from the business, our pricing is currently being updated, unfortunately necessary to reflect large increases in materials costs.

Cabin/sleepouts, clad in corrugated iron, fully insulated to floor, walls and ceiling. Standard cabins come with sliding door with opening sash. 2 x double power points, 1 central inside light, 1 outside light, caravan plug-in and electrical certificate. Deck and verandah included.
